Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique is a posture correcting therapy developed in the late nineteenth century.  Emphasis is placed on improving poor habits of posture that may cause inefficient functioning of the body.  It aims to heighten one's awareness of perfect posture by retraining muscles to function efficiently therefore reducing pain and stress causing movements.
