Acupressure aims to
stimulate precise points (“acupoints”) in order to increase, regulate and
balance the flow of energy in the body.  This can allow for better overall
performance of the systems of the body.  It can be performed on oneself
through knowledge of the specific points or by an acupressure practitioner
to relieve pain, de-stress, or relax.   There are over 1200 acupoints on the body.
