Chilled Cantaloupe Soup Recipe |
Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 cantaloupe peeled, seeded and cubed 2 cups orange juice 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon Instructions: Peel the cantaloupe, remove the seeds and cut it into small cubes. Blend the cubes and 1/2 cup of orange juice until it is smooth and chunk-free. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Cover the bowl and then place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
