The New Age Health Spa is located in New York State and is one of few, if not the only destination spa in New York. There are a wide variety of rooms available at the spa that can accommodate seventy two guests year round. Three meals a day are included as are the use of the spa facilities and unlimited scheduled activities. New Age provides a well trained staff and a there are many programs available that encompass the body, mind and spirit. The fitness facilities include a fully equipped gym, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, and a an exercise studio where classes occur each day. New Age Health Spa offers hiking programs in the Catskills and site activities include climbing and challenge courses along with over five miles of trails. The chefs work with the nutrition staff when preparing meals and the spa treatments and consultations offer guests the chance to experience an all inclusive spa.
